Full maintenance @ Roto Smeets, The Netherlands
Roto Smeets is one of the largest independent companies in Europe’s graphical industry. At the facilities in Weert, The Netherlands, six heatset-presses of different brands produce magazines and retail-products. Graphic Web Services has been in charge of all maintenance on these presses since 1 January 2008.
The printing company works in four shifts, with one GW Services engineer on site at all times for immediate breakdown support. To reduce unexpected downtime to a minimum, preventive maintenance is performed by GW Services on all presses four times per year.
All tasks of the technical department of Roto Smeets have been transferred to GW Services, including the management of machine-parts and the stockroom.
